Uterine anomalies present disturbance in uterus development which may be undetected during regular
gynecological examination as they may be discreet and without symptoms. However, they are often the
cause of infertility or recurrent miscarriage. They are corrected by surgery, most commonly by
hysteroscopy as minimally invasive procedure. Sometimes, the correction of the condition is not
necessary and complications are overcome by proper therapy. Even after the correction, it is necessary
to monitor the condition to prevent complications that are expected in line with the scars after
interventions.
